Q1. Is it difficult to become a Member of Nijer Bari?

Not at all. You can fill out the Enquiry Forms on the Website. In addition, there are numbers to call and we will send one of our representatives to visit your home and meet you.

Q2. How will I know which of Nijer Bari four Senior Plans will suit me?

That is not difficult. It will depend on what you wish to spend. The type of care services which we offer is linked to the Cost of the Plan. If you read carefully, we have explained what services are provided under each of our Plans – Aador, Jotno, Suraksha and 24-Ghonta.

Q3. Can you handle emergencies? My son lives in the USA and it makes me nervous to think about a medical crisis.

Of course. Tribeca has handled many emergency situations for the seniors in our care. Neither you nor your son needs to feel nervous. In case there is an emergency, we will take you to hospital, facilitate the admission process, handle the documentation and insurance.

Q4. My friend is not happy with her nurse from an Agency. Can you assure me that Nijer Bari nurses will not be troublesome?

Of course. Tribeca has handled many emergency situations for the seniors in our care.

Q5. Once I am a Member, can I call you in the middle of the night?

Yes, of course. Night or day – we have a coordinated team at your service. From the person working in your home – to the supervisors
